Our mentors are passionate about assisting new students and play an important role in supporting their transition and welcoming them to the UWA community.

• Opportunities to participate in events and workshops?
• Adding experience to your CV with formal volunteer hours?

• Applications open in October for Semester 1 and April for Semester 2 each year
• All eligible students will receive an email to their UWA student email address when applications open — keep an eye on your inbox!?
• If your application is successful, you will be invited to attend one of the mandatory training sessions
• Once all training is completed, you will be invited to become a UniMentor and matched with new students via our mentoring app by O-Week
• Mentors and mentees will be encouraged to attend in-person meet up events and regularly connect online up until Week 6
